Overview

The intent of this request is to establish multiple National Individual Standing Offers for the supply of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) E-Learning Content for the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) on an “as and when requested” basis for one firm year and up to four (4) option years. The Canada School of Public Service is the common learning service provider for the Public Service of Canada.
