NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 30004518 dated August 29, 2024 with a closing of October 16, 2025 at 14:00 Atlantic Time. Submissions for 30004518 will no longer be accepted. This solicitation will remain on CanadaBuys until June 30, 2029.
