This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number WS5549871993 dated May 19, 2026 with a closing of June 8, 2026 at 2:00PM EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. The response time deadline is 14:00 EDT. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide supply a vessel (boat or barge) to safely deploy sensors and shapes in various locations in the Bedford Basin, Halifax Harbour and approaches within 20 nautical mile
