Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), has a requirement for the dry docking refit of CCGS Jean Goodwill. The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in the area of origin (Eastern Canada) of the vessel in accordance with the Shipbuilding, Repair, Refit and Modernization Policy. Due to the anticipated closure of the Great Lakes–St. Lawrence Seaway System during the refit period, this procurement is geographically restricted to bidders located east of, and including, Quebec City.
