The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide professional services to conduct impartial Respectful Workplace investigations, Workplace Restorations and Appropriate Dispute Resolution services. These practices will be used to manage and address highly sensitive Respectful Workplace allegations of harassment, bullying, disrespectful behaviour and discrimination, including microaggressions and behaviours against marginalized groups.
