Calgary Transit is seeking information from the marketplace regarding available Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions that provide automated customer information services for bus and Light Rail Transit (LRT) operations. The information collected through this Request for Information (RFI) will assist The City in validating business requirements, understanding available technologies, assessing integration and implementation considerations, evaluating industry best practices, and developing a future procurement strategy.
