RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Industry is requested to submit all required documentation using SAP Ariba by July 24, 2026, at 2:00 pm ES T . I t is mandatory that the NPAS Revise and Refine Requirements Questionnaire and Annex D - NPAS Feedback Form be submitted via the CanadaBuys website using SAP Ariba. The draft documentation for this Revise and Refine Requirements (RRR) phase can only be accessed and downloaded when logged into your SAP Ariba account and you have filled out your Government of Canada profile.
