Transport Canada is looking to review the current state service designs and develop blueprints for future state designs to improve the grant and contribution administration process, which includes financial management, claim processing, incentive programs, data analytics and business reporting to name a few. A key aim of this work is the development of reusable components that can be leveraged across programs and services, reducing duplication of effort, improving consistency, and enabling scalable solutions for ongoing and future grant and contribution initiatives.
