Eligible bidders are qualified Tier 1 TBIPS Supply Arrangement holders under category C.2 (IT Security Specialist).

Information technology security methodology, policy and procedures analyst, Level 3 • C.3. Information technology security threat and risk assessment and certification and accreditation analyst, Level 3 •
