Canada, as represented by the Department of National Defence (DND), with the assistance of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), has issued this RFI on the Dive Tender Replacement (DTR) project. This RFI is seeking Industry feedback regarding potential solutions which meet the Dive Tender Replacement project operational requirements as listed in Annex A provided herewith. The DTR build requirement is anticipated to fall under the small vessel construction component, Pillar 2, of the National Shipbuilding Strategy (NSS).
