Public Service and Procurement Canada on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND),CFB Gander, NL, has a requirement for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO). The work covered under this Standing Offer Agreement the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and transportation required to perform maintenance, repair, inspection, troubleshooting, and minor like-for-like alterations that do not increase system capacity or change original design intent of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating systems.
