5P468-26-0054/A Stage 2- Fort Smith Staff Housing Energy Retrofit, Wood Buffalo National Park REQUIREMENT Parks Canada’s Central Northwest Territories (CNWT) Field Unit requires a Contractor to execute building envelope retrofits on two (2) staff houses located in the community of Fort Smith, NWT. These single-family style houses are critical to operations in Wood Buffalo National Park.
