5P468-26-0053/A Stage 2- Fort Simpson Staff Housing Energy Retrofit, Nahanni National Park Reserve REQUIREMENT Parks Canada’s Central Northwest Territories (CNWT) Field Unit requires a Contractor to execute building envelope retrofits on one (1) staff house located in the community of Fort Simpson, NWT. These single-family style houses are critical to operations of Nahanni National Park Reserve. The goals of the project are to significantly improve the energy efficiency and air tightness of the houses as well as extend the asset life with low maintenance, fire-resistant materials. The
