Description: Work under this contract comprises the exterior envelope and main entrance renewal of NRC building M-10, located at 1200 Montreal Road, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0R6. Mandatory site visit: Interested bidders must attend one of the mandatory site visits held on June 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET and June 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET. Meet NRC Representative at Building M10 Main Entrance, 1200 Montreal Road, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0R6. All the deliverables must be received before March 31, 2027.
