PSPC requires replacement of the Dock Tunnel watermain at Esquimalt Graving Dock (EGD) in Victoria, BC. The project includes all labour, materials, and equipment to remove the existing watermain and install a larger one in the north and south service tunnels (confined spaces), including associated connections. Additional work includes replacing a section of the sanitary main, demolishing and installing new water service connections, upgrading firefighting connections, rerouting a compressed air line, replacing water meters, and installing monitoring instrumentation (e.g., SCADA-linked sensors)
