Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Public Services & Procurement Canada (PSPC) is delivering a project for the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) for the replacement of the Air Handling Unit at the Federal Building in Winnipeg, MB. The project will also include expanding the Mechanical Penthouse to match the existing building, providing associated electrical and life-safety services, and completing the necessary structural upgrades to support the expanded penthouse, as more fully described in the plans and specifications.
