This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) EB218-260220. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for the supply and install of residential water treatment systems, on an as and when required basis, in Torbay and surrounding areas, Newfoundland and Labrador. There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. Only suppliers who are pre-qualified and have been issued a supply arrangement are eligible to bid.
