Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is leading the modernization of 24 Sussex Drive to ensure the residence is secure, accessible, and equipped to meet the operational and functional requirements of a modern official residence and workplace for Canada’s Prime Ministers. PSPC will establish the requirements for the design build competition, under which qualified proponents will develop and submit integrated design-build proposals, including budget and schedule commitments.
