Defence Construction Canada is establishing an Open Construction Source List to procure commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil construction services for Department of National Defence sites across Nunavut. General contractors, specialized trade contractors, and construction suppliers experienced in northern or remote operations typically bid on this opportunity. The qualified suppliers will be eligible to perform work over a three-year period in locations including Iqaluit, Rankin Inlet, Alert, and North Warning System sites.

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting contractors and suppliers to apply to be placed on an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil work required by the Department of National Defence, in Nunavut (including sites in Iqaluit, Rankin Inlet, Alert, and North Warning System sites located in Nunavut) for three fiscal years (April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029).
