Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking a consultant team to provide a design, costing and implementation of the capital refurbishment of the Lauzier Building and construction of a new asset storage facility at the St. Andrews Biological Station (SABS) in St. Andrews, New Brunswick. These works will enable the relocation of the Conservation and Protection (C&P) Field Office (detachment) and DFO Area Office, which are currently operating out of a leased facility in St. George, NB.
