The Defence Investment Agency (DIA), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), is seeking industry feedback on the Operational Training Infrastructure Enterprise Modernization (OTIEM) project. This Request for Information (RFI) is the first step in the engagement process. Its purpose is to introduce the OTIEM project to industry and identify a range of viable solutions. Through this RFI, DIA aims to gather input from industry, leverage its expertise, and assess interest, capabilities, and capacity to deliver OTIEM solutions.
