This Technology Infrastructure Services Agreement (TISA) Contract involves the supply, delivery, installation, professional services, and ongoing support of various hardware and software (Domains) within multiple key technology Domains for the City on an if, as, and when required basis. Contractors under this Standing Arrangement will be awarded through Direct Assignment and/or Complete Call-Up methods covering the following Domains: 1. Server Solutions; 2. Storage and Backup Solutions; 3. Database Management; 4. Telecom & Internet of Things; 5. Network and Application Delivery;
