Metro Vancouver is seeking a construction management firm to oversee the services and construction (at risk) for the Somerset Garden Deep Energy Retrofit project in British Columbia. The procurement is aimed at general contracting and construction management firms with expertise in deep energy retrofits, building envelope rehabilitation, and residential energy efficiency upgrades. Qualified bidders will manage both the pre-construction planning and the active construction phases of the renovation.
