Hydro-Québec is establishing a province-wide framework agreement for the installation of telecommunications equipment and power supplies across multiple regions of Quebec. This procurement is targeted at specialized telecommunications and electrical contractors with the capacity to perform infrastructure installation and cabling works. Eligible suppliers must be able to deploy technical teams to install and commission telecom systems and their associated power sources according to utility standards.
