Design-Builder Services (Modified Design-Build Projects) Canadian Forces Housing Agency - Residential Portfolio Capital Investment Plan, 3 Wing, CFB Bagotville, Montreal (Saint-Hubert), and CFB Valcartier, Quebec Region DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) is requesting Proposals from Design-Build Teams to design and construct multi unit residential housing.
